APD20LB Switchable 200kW 3-Phase Load Bank
In service with the Australian Defence Force

APPLICATION

The APD20LB is currently in service with the Australian Defence Forces in both workshop and field situations. In the workshop, it provides conveniently selectable load and accurate output measurements for generators up to 160kVA under test.

In the field, the APD20LB supplies load to generators during periods of light use, to avoid diesel engine deterioration. Load can be added or subtracted while the generator is connected, without interruption.

LOAD APPLICATION

Choose hundreds, tens and units of kW load by pushbutton, then press Select to change to the new load.

METERING

Volts, Amps and Frequency are displayed, measured Line-to-Line or Line-to-Neutral, for each phase in rotation or constantly on any one selected phase.
